Construction Code Board of Appeals
The Construction Code Board of Appeals is a governing body consisting of Appointed members who are qualified by experience and training to pass upon matters pertaining to building construction. This board shall meet in order to hear and decide appeals of orders, decisions or determinations made by the Code Official relative to the application and interpretation of the Building, Plumbing, Mechanical or Electrical codes as adopted or other matters as determined by ordinance.
